2. SEO Results Guarantee

SEO Agency Toronto provides a specific SEO results guarantee within six (6) months, subject to the agreed scope of services and performance targets established for the individual client campaign.

The specific results and performance targets will be defined and agreed upon with the client before the commencement of the SEO campaign.

SEO performance can be influenced by various factors, including website condition, industry competition, search engine algorithm changes, website modifications, technical issues, client cooperation, and other factors outside our reasonable control.

Any results guarantee will therefore be interpreted according to the specific terms, objectives, and conditions agreed upon with the client.

3. Service Agreements

Before commencing a paid SEO campaign, SEO Agency Toronto may enter into a written agreement, contract, proposal, or statement of work with the client.

Such agreements may specify:

Services to be provided
Project scope
Deliverables
Campaign duration
Performance objectives
Client responsibilities
Fees and payment terms
Cancellation terms
Refund terms
Other project-specific conditions

Where a signed agreement contains terms that specifically apply to a particular service or project, those terms will govern that service or project.

4. Payment Terms

SEO Agency Toronto does not currently provide direct online payment processing through the website.

Payment arrangements may be established separately between SEO Agency Toronto and the client through a written agreement, invoice, or other mutually agreed arrangement.

Clients are responsible for fulfilling the payment obligations specified in their applicable agreement.

5. Cancellation Policy

A client may request cancellation within 24 hours of signing the applicable NDA and service agreement.

After the initial 24-hour cancellation period has expired, cancellation may result in a 50% deduction from the applicable amount, subject to the terms of the relevant agreement and the work already completed.

6. Refund Policy

Refund eligibility depends on the amount of work completed and the terms agreed upon with the client.

Where less than 25% of the agreed work has been completed, the client may be eligible for a refund, subject to the applicable agreement and circumstances of the cancellation.

Where 25% or more of the agreed work has been completed, the completed portion of the service will generally be non-refundable.

Any refund will be assessed based on the actual work completed, the agreed project scope, and the applicable contractual terms.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information required to deliver SEO services.

Where applicable, clients must provide timely access to relevant:

Websites
Content management systems
Analytics platforms
Search Console accounts
Business profiles
Other tools or systems required for the SEO campaign

Clients must also provide timely approvals, feedback, content, credentials, and other materials reasonably required for the project.

Client delays or failure to provide required information or access may affect project timelines and SEO performance.

8. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the original website content, written materials, branding, logos, graphics, designs, and other proprietary materials published by SEO Agency Toronto are owned by or licensed to SEO Agency Toronto.

You may reference or use publicly available content from our website for informational, educational, or reference purposes.
